1. About OriensCV.Com

OriensCV.Com ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered career document generation platform that produces professionally structured, ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters using Claude AI. The Service is operated as a digital utility and is accessible globally via https://OriensCV.Com.

Our payment processing is handled by Gumroad. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's applicable terms and conditions.

2. Scope and Nature of Service

OriensCV.Com delivers a single-session, on-demand AI document generation service. Upon successful payment, the system generates:

  • An ATS-optimized, professionally structured resume tailored to your input
  • A matching cover letter (if target job title and company are provided)
  • AI career coaching suggestions and keyword analysis
  • Instant PDF-ready output for download and printing

Generation supports five languages: English, Arabic (Modern Standard), French, German, and Spanish. One payment allows up to five language generations (one per language) plus one improvement regeneration per language.

3. Session-Based Access & Delivery

The Service operates on a no-login, session-based framework. Your access is active for the current browser session only. You are solely responsible for downloading and saving your completed documents immediately upon generation. OriensCV.Com automatically purges all session data within 15 minutes of document delivery. We cannot recover documents after session expiry.

4. Payment Terms

  • The current price is $14.99 USD — a one-time, non-recurring payment.
  • All payments are processed securely by Gumroad. By completing checkout, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
  • There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
  • Gumroad handles all applicable taxes and payment compliance globally.
  • Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

By completing checkout and clicking to confirm your purchase, you explicitly request that delivery of your AI-generated digital content begins immediately. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and equivalent international consumer protection regulations, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once digital content execution has commenced.

All sales are final and non-refundable once the AI generation process has been triggered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, including how to report technical delivery failures.

6. Intellectual Property

The generated resume and cover letter documents are delivered for your personal, professional use. You retain full ownership of the content of your resume. OriensCV.Com retains ownership of its software, AI prompting system, design, and platform infrastructure. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our generation platform or its outputs as a service to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

By using OriensCV.Com, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading profile information
  • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or attack the AI system
  • Resell or redistribute generated documents as a third-party service
  • Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
  • Use the service to generate documents for fraudulent employment applications
  • Initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team

8. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

OriensCV.Com provides AI-powered infrastructure to optimize career documents. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, job offers, or hiring placement. The AI generates content based on the information you provide — we do not independently verify the accuracy of your profile data. The final textual accuracy and truthfulness of your resume remain your sole responsibility. Fabricating credentials, experience, or qualifications in a resume may constitute fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OriensCV.Com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim ($14.99 USD).

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party AI provider outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. In the event of a server-side failure that prevents document delivery after payment, contact support within 72 hours for manual document delivery.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page before each purchase.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. For consumer-protection disputes, residents of the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
