Refund Policy

⚠️ No Refunds on Digital Products: OriensCV.Com delivers an immediately generated, personalized digital product. Because generation begins the moment payment is confirmed, all sales are final once the AI generation process is triggered. Please read the full policy below before purchasing.

1. Nature of the Product

OriensCV.Com delivers a digital product — an AI-generated, personalized resume and cover letter. This product is:

  • Generated on-demand and delivered immediately after payment confirmation
  • Unique and customized to each user's specific profile data
  • A digital file that cannot be "returned" once generated and viewed
  • Permanently deleted from our servers within 15 minutes of delivery

By its very nature, a personalized AI-generated digital document cannot be resold, reconditioned, or reused for another customer — making traditional refunds inapplicable.

2. No Refund After Generation

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), equivalent UK Consumer Rights Act provisions, and equivalent international digital commerce laws, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • By confirming your purchase and consenting to immediate delivery, you waive your right of withdrawal
  • Once the AI generation process has been triggered, the sale is final and non-refundable
  • Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated content quality alone is not grounds for a refund — the service functions as described, and content quality varies based on input data provided
  • Accidental purchases where generation has already completed are non-refundable

This policy applies to all customers globally, regardless of location.

3. Disputes About Content Quality

OriensCV.Com provides a professional-grade AI document generation service. However, AI output quality depends significantly on the quality and completeness of the profile data you provide. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Fill in detailed, accurate profile information before purchasing
  • Use the free preview of the form interface before paying
  • Take advantage of the included AI improvement regeneration (one per language per payment)

If you are dissatisfied with the output, use the "Apply All & Regenerate" feature included in your purchase to apply AI-suggested improvements at no extra cost.

4. Technical Delivery Failures — Exception Cases

We take technical failures seriously. If a confirmed server-side error prevents your document from being delivered after a successful payment, we will remedy this at no additional cost. Qualifying situations include:

  • Our server crashed or returned an error during AI generation after payment was confirmed
  • The download link expired before you could access your document due to a server-side issue
  • A payment was charged but the generation process was never initiated due to a system fault

In these cases, we will manually regenerate and deliver your documents within 24 hours of your report — at no charge.

To report a technical delivery failure:
Email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of purchase with:
(1) Your Gumroad receipt/sale ID
(2) A description of the technical issue experienced
(3) The language and job title you selected
We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service. We maintain comprehensive records of all consent events, including:

  • Checkbox acknowledgement of our refund policy before payment
  • Payment confirmation timestamps
  • AI generation initiation and completion timestamps
  • Document delivery records

We will provide this evidence to Gumroad and the relevant card issuer in the event of any disputed chargeback. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently blocked from using our service.

6. Subscription Clarification

OriensCV.Com is a one-time payment service. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing cycles, or automatic renewals. You will never be charged again unless you voluntarily return and initiate a new purchase.
